Rugrats a show full of toddlers misbehaving and being kids. I’m not sure what Nickelodeon was thinking but theirs no explanation for this picture, your lawyer would also feel uncomfortable taking this law suit to court. Chuckie Finster becomes more than friends with his best friend Tommy Pickles!
